College Counseling & Curriculum
At Clubhouse Academy, the college application and selection process is an intentional part of each student’s educational journey. We help students identify internships, trade schools, colleges and universities that are the right academic and personal fit, setting them up for long-term success.
Our faculty and staff provide individualized guidance through college readiness preparations, student and family meetings, test preparation, career exploration, and support with scholarships and financial aid. Our goal is to equip students with clarity, confidence, and direction as they take their next steps beyond Clubhouse Academy.
Beyond our strong academic program, Clubhouse Academy offers a wide range of extracurricular opportunities designed to enrich student life and encourage personal growth. Students may participate in fine arts, clubs, community service, and leadership activities that allow them to explore their interests and build confidence. These experiences promote teamwork, leadership, responsibility, and a well-rounded student experience—helping students grow both inside and outside the classroom.
Tuition & Fees
$500 Annual Fee
This nonrefundable fee covers student enrollment, curriculum costs, and learning materials. Funds will be used for technology expenses, specialized instructional supplies and services, information technology, other equipment and services that are important to maintaining the academic experience for our students but are not covered by appropriated funds.
Tuition: $7,000 per school year.
Due to staff commitments and general expenses, a reduction in tuition and fees will not be made due to a child's absenteeism, vacation, or inclement weather days.
Regular operating hours: Monday – Friday, 7:15 am – 2:30 pm.
NC Opportunity Scholarship applications for the upcoming school year will open February 2, and must be submitted prior to February 28th.
